THE QUALITY

of this organic extra virgin olive oil is the testimony of a unique territory, the Val di Mazara, where olive cultivation began more than 3000 years ago. Today it is a protected area, recognized in the Val di Mazara DOP.

The harvest is done strictly by hand and the pressing takes place in a continuous cold cycle within 12 hours of harvesting.

The choice of the olive varieties of Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla and Cerasuola is the result of a careful selection that has its roots in an ancient regional and cultural tradition.

The blend of these three varieties boasts unique organoleptic properties.

ORGANIC

The FEUDI DI SAN GIULIANO farm is proud of its organic nature. Respect for the environment is a value that has always been present in the family tradition and the farm was one of the first certified as organic in the Sicilian territory.

The agronomic practices used have a reduced environmental impact and are aimed at increasing the fertility of the land. We fertilize by grassing with legumes and practicing green manure and pruning residues are returned to the earth.

Our packaging also follows this philosophy and is made with 70-80% recycled material and is also 100% recyclable.

We invite you to waste less packaging by favoring the purchase of 3L cans with an advantageous price.
